We want you to love your Rushing Boutique purchase! While we work hard to ensure every T-shirt is made with care, we do follow a clear return policy to keep our products fresh, safe, and high-quality for all customers.

✨ All Sales Are Final

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Fit or style preferences

• Change of mind

Please double-check our size chart before placing your order.

💛 If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We’re happy to help with the rare case of:

• Receiving the wrong item, or

• An item that arrives damaged

If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement right away. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

🚫 Items We Cannot Accept

To protect the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that are:

• Worn or washed

• Stained or altered

• Scented (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)

• Customized or personalized

⏱ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

📦 Shipping Notes

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages that show as delivered

Your carrier can assist with those situations.
